Nar Phu Valley Trekking

Nar Phu Valley is located in the north of the Annapurna range in the border area of Tibet. The trek opened for tourism in 2003.
From the starting point at Syange we first follow the Annapurna circuit trail before turning off into Nar Phu Valley at Koto. We will pass the villages of Dharamsala, Khyang, the scenic village of Phu and Nar which is the biggest village in the area. After crossing Kang La pass (5320m) we will descend to Manang, rejoin the Annapurna circuit trail at Ngawal and continue on that trail across Thorung La pass (5416m). The mountain views of Lamjung Himal (6985m), Manaslu (8163m), Dhaulagiri (8167m), Tilicho peak (7135m), the Annapurna range and many other mountains along the route are fantastic.
