Lobuche Peak Climbing

Lobuche Peak (Lobuche East, 6119m) is located in the Everest region, close to the Khumbu glacier and just west of Mt. Everest. It is technically more demanding and challenging than Island or Mera Peak. With Lobuche situated not far from Everest base camp, we reach Lobuche base camp via the Everest base camp route. Depending on your wishes and time availability we can also trek via Renjo-La pass or Gokyo Valley to the Gokyo Lakes and then across Cho-La pass to the main Everest base camp trail.
From the summit of Lobuche East we have a breath-taking 360 degree view of Mt. Everest and across the Everest range and surrounding mountain ranges.

As the Lobuche Peak climb is technically more challenging, some basic climbing skills and familiarity with use of climbing equipment is required. A good fitness level is a must.
